My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to get more active and have fun. The first time we attended a kickboxing class we knew we had found the perfect place. The classes push you to your limit while being tons of fun. The instructors are very knowledgeable and there to help you if you are having any problems. Highly recommended!!!

The iLoveKickboxing.com classes at John Godwin's Korean Martial Arts Institute are fantastic! I've lost 40 pounds, gained new confidence, and met some awesome new friends. The workouts are intense yet still fun and in a judgement free environment. I'm healthier, stronger, and overall int eh best shape of my life. You won't regret checking it out!
