MMRS is a Medicare Part A Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitative Facility. Our staff includes a Physical Medicine and Rehab MD, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker,& Registered Dietician.

Minnesota Medical & Rehabilitation Services, LLC is in network with virtually all insurances and see all cases from pediatric to geriatric. Our clinicians are experts in treating acute and chronic pain.
