They are terrible. You better not have an emergency because if you can't afford to pay they will turn your sick pet away. My dog had surgery and I already had my credit card on file. When I asked them how my cat was they said that someone would speak to me but first I had to take care of the bill. Unconscionable place. I saw many people with sick pets get turned away.

They are nice but occassionally overbook. They should really allow for more time in between appointments. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was somewhat disappointed.
