STAY AWAY! They will try to rob you and will lash out at you if you don't give in!

My dog has a skin condition. I took her to ABC Animal Hospital and the treatment involved bringing her back every 2 weeks for a medicated bath at a price of $65 each time. For her second bath, I was expecting to be charged the same $65 we discussed, but they charged me $140 instead. They did a "checkup", without consulting me first, and that resulted in it being more than twice the price we agreed on. I voiced my concern, and demanded to only pay the $65 we agreed. They lady that was billing me agreed, I paid $65, and I went on my way.

A few hours later, Dr. Tufaro, the vet, called me and automatically bursted out in a fit of rage saying that I should have paid the full amount, regardless of whether they told me in advance that it would be more than what we agreed, and that I shouldn't bring my dog back for her next medicated bath unless I pay the full $140 first. He hung up the phone before I had a chance to say anything.

The problem is not the money. Even though it's more than twice what we agreed, the $75 difference wouldn't ruin me financially. However, Dr. Tufaro's arrogant disregard of what we agreed on together with the assumption that I would go along with anything he demanded shows that he has no respect for his clients.

Consider yourself warned. Good luck.
