New customer here. Started using a cpap machine. Having trouble using it. Ordered a product for it that sales suggested. I am on a time table with my insurance where if I do not comply I have to pay for everything. Ordered on Tuesday, told I would have Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. Called Thursday, end of day, was told they did not have it, was dropped ship from some place else. Could not tell me when I might get it. No information about it. Asked about coming down to store and getting what they may have in stock. If I did, I would have to pay for it because they bill my insurance for the other one that there is no ideal when I would get.
voicemail stated that it would only be 2 hours before call back it took four hours the product inquired about was half the price on amazon than was quoted with the insurance coverage. Why have insurance?
