The supporting staff is completely indignant. This includes the owner. The Pharmacy Techs treat paying customers as if they are a bother with unpleasant scowling faces. The only person who helped with even a hint of courtesy, was the Pharmacist, who should have been able to continue doing his more important job of concentrating on filling Rx's. Fake smiles do not make up for rude dispositions.

Debbi & the gang at Aker's are amazing, wonderful, friendly, helpful people who make every visit there a welcoming, rewarding experience. We moved to Chewelah in 1985 and Perry & Debbi Akers started their business not long afterwards. Even when they were in the funky little corner drugstore at Main & Hwy 395 they were the same! They even expanded and provided sewing, crafts & arts next door in the little house behind the store. I took my first water color painting class I'd dreamed of there, got many craft & sewing items and cannot say enough about the lovely ladies who help with gift getting and wrappping! I love them all!! If they don't have something, just ask...and they'll find it for you! TRUE HOME TOWN SERVICE & FAMILY!!
