It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. the customer's always right They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was told that if I received my vaccinations at the clinic, they would give me a visit fee of 27 dollars(normally 37). Later, they retracted that promise because "the vet spent too much time with you." I only saw the vet for 5 minutes. I spent over a hundred dollars that day on vaccines, the visit and an ear cleaning solution. Also, I waited over an hour. I felt that the vet did not care much.
I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when they spayed my pet and cut her ear almost off (without my knowledge or permission) and sent her home with NO meds/pain relievers. She cried and bled all night.. The veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. The fat girl at the front desk was very rude and I would never reccommend Healthy Petz I intend to file a formal complaint.
