Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Our puppy swalowed a rock and had an obstruction on a Friday morning. Dr. Jerry was booked most of the day that day. Not only did they get us in first thing.....he also did not want to send us to the emergency hospital where our bill would have been over double! He rearranged his schedule and did surgery immediately on her. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jerry and Dr. Phil for vet care for your pet. A+++++!

I have recommended this animal hospital to my friends and family. Our family has used them for 9 years! I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.
