I've never run across such a poorly trained office! I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. The wait time is very long. What a disappointment. I found my appointment to just not measure up to what I expected. The background music was the traffic from 75th st. Too loud and too obnoxious! The massage was far over priced and they never remind you of an upcoming appointment and immediately charge your credit card they have on file for the full amount without advising you first. I feel like I got ripped off and am very upset about it! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
