They didn't service well. Nurse came once a day but never saw social worker after papers were signed, chaplain came twice a week. Our previous Hospice experience with different Hospice service, was daily support visits to check on patient and family. I think this Aurora Hospice needs to work on getting to know the patient and family. It appears they only are interested in the business deal, not enough "visiting" was done during extremely sensitive time. I'm not sure their hearts are in the right place. Wouldn't suggest them.
