I was there yesterday, i asked the lady if my hair style will stay all day she said oh yes !!! As soon i got home the pins came out and my hair started falling out!!! I paid her $50+$10 tips . And the style didn't even look like the picture that I showed her . My sister did her hair too and they charged her $100 and all she did was curls!!! I was horrible anyway . I won't go there anymore !!

It was advertised all over the mall that weekend about military appreciation, so I asked if they give military discount and the lady (appears to be the manager) said " we'll give you a dollar" in a rude manner. A hairdresser took my daughter grumpily at the back. My daughter said she was rough on her hair while doing the procedure and she came out with dripping wet hair. They charged me $90.00 for merely doing 12 foils (partial highlight). I would not recommend this salon for their very poor customer service and I feel insulted as an active duty service member.
