My hair color appointment turned out to be a disaster. I showed them a picture of a red hair color that I wanted. When she was done my hair color was such a dark brown that it looked black! Absolutely no red. I came back to the salon to have it fixed. She used a stripping agent to lighten the very dark brown and then put some highlights in but when she was done I only a very few highlights and still no red...still looked awful...and they actually charged me to put in the highlights I needed because they screwed up major in the first place. I then had to go to a different salon to have further color correction.
