As a relationship, marriage and sex therapist, I lay the groundwork for individuals and couples to create Exceptional Relationships. Real connection includes your ability to be seen by your partner, develop trust so that you can take risks, laugh often, give and receive tenderness and sexual desire while also staying present to the rise and fall of conflict. My compassionate approach supports couples through the process of safe confrontation, personal accountability and full-self expression. Couples learn how to honor each other fully through authentic, expressive connection so that they can create and sustain deep emotional and physical intimacy.

My therapeutic style blends Eastern and Western studies (including Gestalt, Gottman, Imago, Pleasure-Oriented Sex Therapy Model, Meditation and Yoga) to help heal mind, body and heart. I play an active role in session offering you feedback, guided exercises and homework. My work supports individuals, straight, queer and polyamorous couples.
