You definitely need an advocate if you are a patient here. If family members visit often, you will get great care. Otherwise, maybe not. We were ALWAYS present, visiting our family member on a daily basis and we got the BEST care. Therapists ate superb. Food is so-so. Aides always seem short-staffed and pulled in a million directions. Nurses are professional. Doctors are out-of-touch with the patients. Director works hard to please.
