This place is disgusting. It reeks of urine. Patient's belongings get stolen on a regular basis and nothing is done about it. Some of the staff are verbally abusive to the residents there. This is not a place you want to put someone you love.

Just as a side note, I was very upset when my grandfather was placed in this home. you couldn't distinguish the female cna's from the males, and the part that had me furious with this home is because they don't keep up with the residents good enough. When my family showed up for a visit, they didn't know where our grandfather was at... they didn't know if he had been discharged or if he went to dialysis. then when we wanted someone to help us locate him, they didn't know the first step in doing so. my last complaint was that they had 3 residents to one room and the quarters were so enclosed that it felt like prison, so we had them to move our Papa to another room with him and only 1 roommate.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
