Living in a different country, the only way I can contact my mother there is through the telephone. I have dealt with multiple rude people at the front desk and when I am transferred to my mother's phone - no one answers. My mother actually had her room moved because a patient complained the phone rang too much - you think that would be a hint. The best thing I can say about this place is the food is decent. From my own experience of what I have seen when visiting - this center does not focus on the rehab aspect. I only ever saw one patient walking around. They seem to encourage patients instead to stay in bed or a wheelchair all day. Some patients definitely have their rooms arranged nicer than others in regards to phone, tv, etc. Some of the staff is pleasant, the supervisor was plenty friendly while other caretakers were flat out rude and there is a strong sense of indifference in the air. I would never recommend this center to anyone, this is a place you send someone to die - not get better or be taken care of or treated with even an ounce of respect.
