mother was there for almost 3 years 1 CNA got fired for hitting her. They did 2 procedures on her without my permission and till this day they are hiding one of them. When she passed away I never received any condolences just a bill in the mail for the month she died in. They had the bed occupied 12 days later and want me to pay for the whole month. There are some good nurses and CNA. But they're under staffed and the CNA's get frustrated and take it out on the patients. They need to be given classes in Dementia/Alzheimer s disease. The patients were once functioning adults that have been handed a horrible disease.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

There was an oder of urine that was unsetteling.

The staff was very nice.
