Inattentive to patient needs. Medication errors. Apathy from staff......do as little as possible with an attitude of being imposed upon. Slow to respond to an emergency...luckily JFRD responded quickly.

Bedside table had identification from 2 previous patients along with some personal hygiene belongings. Sounds like a HIPAA violation identifying previous patients.
