I have my elderly loved for a short time at Cherry Lane Nursing Center /
The staff over the weekend does not respond well to patients I'm very disappointed you have nurses on the cell phones responding to patients - this place needs a major overhaul !

My loved ones food unrecognized it was burned smelling / chicken thighs only because the bones were mixed in the rice with peas presentation awful!

The food presented to the patients is awful I would not treat any one this way! For Sunday dinner May 22, 2016

My loved is diabetic this menu does not fit her diet ! I couldn't believe this !
I'm very disappointed with how this placed is runned for our most sensitive our loved ones

My husband was admitted to this facility to receive IV antibiotics for the MRSA infection he contracted while in the hospital. He needed two months of IV therapy. When I first spoke with the admissions administrator this place sounded great. I visited the facility and it seemed to be clean and a bright atmosphere. Well after a couple of day how wrong I was. The hospital directed the nursing home to change the dressing on his stitches and to change his sheets every day. It was well over a week of complaining before his dressing was changed. They didn’t and wouldn’t provide a cover for his pick-line which is customary and was told they didn’t have the right size. Okay, order the right size. They would only change his sheets every 4 days after 3 day of complaints from my husband. The food is less than poor. I took our dog to see him and he wouldn’t even eat the ground beef something that was served for dinner one night. After being there for two weeks, the doctor didn’t write his prescription for pain medications that he has been on for 12 years and my husband had to wait 4 hours for the doctor to sign the script and have it delivered from the pharmacy. This was only after they had run out of medication. I put one star only because this would not let me leave it blank.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
