Worst facility I have ever encountered! They kept my husband drugged, he was rushed to the hospital via ambulance unresponsive due to the nursing staff over medicating him! This place needs to be closed down before they kill someone! I'd rate them ZERO stars.

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.
