They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! VERY POOR CARE! MY MOM WAS SO MISTREATED BY THE STAFF AND THEY COVERED UP THE RECORDS IN THEIR FAVOR.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. My grandmother was a resident here and her needs were not taken care of. The staff personally blamed my uncle for her failing health claiming it was because he did not visit often enough, he was always there for her. Her failing health was for medical reasons that were not being addressed. Situations are not handeled promptly or professionally at Charlesgate. I would NOT reccommend anyone putting their loved ones in this nursing center, RUN the other way!!!
