I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
