Didn't answer or assist with significant follow-up questions and issues.

Nurse (Katie) was NOT helpful at all and seems to enjoy telling patients that the doctor is too busy for any follow-up questions. She said all questions must come thru her and that there is no way to contact the doctor - no e-mail, no phone, no fax - and pretended to be an authority even though it was obvious that she was not qualfied to answer the question and further had no intention of helping.

After learning thru her that I had a question and wanted his direct answer the doctor didn't bother to return my message. Professional oath to help patients aside, they demonstrate very, very poor customer service.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
