I came to this office seeking a new ob gyn because I thought I was pregnant. I had blood work completed at a nearby lab for pregnancy test results. I was told by the office that they would call me with the results. That never happened. I had to call them and they still didn't have the results after plenty of time had passed. So I had to wait again for them to call but they didn't, and I had to call them again. During this waiting period I had a complication arise in which I needed to call their after hours emergency phone number to seek advice on the weekend. They never called me back the entire weekend, and I once again had to call them on Monday morning. I can't imagine putting my trust in this office for my prenatal care. I promptly found another provider!

I had to wait in the waiting room about an hour past my appointment. The staff was friendly and the DR was helping another patient so I didnt mind the wait. The music in the waiting room as well as in the patient rooms was very loud Christian music- I had to ask the DR to turn it down so that we could have a discussion. The DR was kind and thorough but seemed overly concerned about the financial state of her business. Our conversation was driven by her negative opinions about insurance companies and how we couldnt discuss certain topics because my insurance wouldnt cover it. I do feel like she is a very kind and knowledgable but I have to admit that I walked away from my appointment feeling a bit uncomfortable.
