I hated the chairs they had in the waiting area. So cheap and plastic and uncomfortable! They never update their equipment. I was scared something was going to break. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
