I only go for Dr. Vavich he is a very good doctor. Wait times are really long. The staff could use an attitude adjustment.

Dr. Vavich is a great Dr. Its the staff that im not to happy with they are very rude. I went in to get my childs shot records for school and the office manager asked me if i called ahead of time to have the records ready i told her no because i was never informed that i had to call ahead of time just for shot records. She rolled her eyes and went on to look up the shot record. Other dr that my children have gone to i was able to just go i. And ask for shot records these ladies need to inform us on how things work in this Dr. Office. Also not to long ago I called to make a appointment for my son because his school informed me that he needed his 4th dtap shot well i called three times to make that appointment and everytime i was put on hold for 10 minutes and only to be hung up on after waiting on hold. So i finally decided to change my childrens pcp. Never again will i go back into that office and i would not recomend anyone there untill they get new staff.
