Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
