I believe the psychiatrist treats his patients well and is attentive to their needs. The office staff is a different story. I have observed the front desk clerk belittle patients to their face and on the phone. This was on several occasions; therefore, I am ruling out that she was just having one bad day. I feel a patient should feel welcome by all employees of the physicians office because they are all supposed to be there to help the patients. A patient should not have to feel like they will be treated poorly when they call in between appointments to ask a question.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off.
