Dr. Lee is an excellent, highly qualified hematologist/oncologist. She is not only concerned about her patient's physical progress/condition but also the psychological/emotional welfare of both her patient and the family. Thorough, attentive to details, willing to listen, knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic all describe her. Her staff is knowledgeable, considerate, and supportive. Communication from Dr. Lee and her staff is prompt and efficient.
As a physician myself, I could not be more pleased with the care and support my wife and I are receiving.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
