It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
