Services Dr. Braich received his Doctorate of Internal Medicine from the Oregon Health Sciences Univ. in Portland, Oregon. He completed an internship and residency at the Univ. of Arizona in Tucson. Dr. Braich completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the Univ. of Arizona as well. Prior to joining BMC, Dr. Braich worked as a physician at the Maricopa Medical Center and as a consultant for the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Dr. Braich is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialties in Oncology and Hematology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Medical Association, the Arizona Clinical Oncology Society, the North Central Cancer Treatment Group and the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group.

. After being diagnosed with rectal cancer my first priority was to choose a oncologist to discuss my future cancer treatments. Dr. Braich came highly recommended. The first appointment was scary for me because I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Braich and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He explained my pre operative and post operative treatments in detail including the medicines I would be given and there potential side effects. After my surgery Dr. Braich visited me in the hospital twice just to see how I was doing. He even called my hospital room on a Sunday evening while he was on vacation to read me my pathology report. That is going the extra mile.At My post operative treatments at BMC the staff greets me by name and are always friendly. If I have questions they have answers and if they don't they find them. During one of the toughest times in my life the BMC oncology team was a bright spot. Dr. Braich is the best doctor I have ever been to.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I loved having Dr. Braich as my Oncologist...he was so knowledgeable and caring. He saved my life! I will always hold a special place in my heart for this fine physician!
