It is horrible trying to get ahold of their office, the line is either constantly busy or you have to navigate a ridiculous auto attendant with annoying prompts . Naturally they have it programmed so you can not dial zero further chasing patients away. However they must not need your business or they would not make it so ridiculously difficult to get through. The auto attendant prompts when they do offer a selection then ask you to leave a message and they will call you back in 48 hours. They are a horrible organization and no other business could survive if they treated customers like this. They need a lesson in business, customer service and a whole lot more. And then they should get more lines, update and upgrade their telecommunications and the entire office process.
I have had to wait on 2 occasions over 1-1/2 hours for m appointment. I missed one appointment and was charged $25 for missing and received nothing for him missing my appointments. Office staff leads much to be desired and the Nurse on staff is extremely rude. I will NOT recommend this physician at all.
