They were cold and unwelcoming here. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
I felt rushed during my appointments and although on time for my appointments I was required to wait either in the waiting room or in the examining room for 15-30 multiple times. The office staff seems uncertain many things that relate to insurance and confirming correct information. I had to provide insurance information multiple times and they had to resubmit visits to insurance because it was processed incorrectly. I was hung up on by the office manager. I had an EKG done and it was lost so had to re-do. I have had nothing but problems and was forced to go elsewhere.
