The doctor didn't display her qualifications. It seemed like she was trying to rush my appointment, always looking at her watch. She was straightforward but had no empathy or concern. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They had a DMV mentality. If a test result was slow in coming in, they did not volunteer to call the specialist or try to get me the results more quickly, even if I told them I was anxious or it was before a long weekend. The staff was probably the most indifferent and cold I have seen in any doctor's office.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
