This man has been charged with 12 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals after being accused of abandoning 12 puppies at a dump site in Somers, Flathead County Montana. He allegedly put the 12 puppies into a garbage bag and abanonded them in a dumpster. They were days old. Only 2 of the 12 survived and are currently being nursed back to health by volunteers. Dr. Heine refused to allow the mother to stay at the shelter to nurse the puppies
