I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. Although they brought me into my waiting room immediately, I waited in the doctor's office for a good 20 minutes. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was easy enough to find. I do appreciate the time Gina Nelson gives every time I come. She is a great doctor!
