Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
