I felt this MD did not listen to the concerns or needs of myself or my family. I went to her for a few yrs with no improvement of the care I received. I would be on hold for a long time when I called and would not receive call backs in a prompt fashion. Follow up after visits was poor. The office would never follow up on lab results. I finally switched to a new physician after she misdiagnosed me a second time and then my husband as well.
I feel she does well with non complicated medical issues like colds, flu. However anything more complicated you are better with either a specialist or a different physician.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
