This provider was polite. His reception staff was rude though. The place was clean and orderly, but equipment was dated. I saw this provider three times within a year for a cleaning, root canal, and a crown. It was awful. I was left alone for a long period of time during the visits, and when I was worked on he and the assistants just spoke of his vacations and cars which was really off putting. During the root canal, the injection wore off and I could feel everything, so then I was given more meds, so much that I was numb for two days and sick for about three days after. Then before he finished he filed my teeth so low on one side that my bite is uneven and my teeth no longer touch in the back on the left side. He made the crown in his office and said it would stay as it was "tension loaded" but after three years it has completely crumbled and needs replacing.

I started seeing a new dentist last year and the new dentist sas astonished at how poorly the work I had at Burlington Family Dental was done. I will not go back. My husband followed me to the new dentist and our famiky members have gone elsewhere also.
