I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The office Manager Connie seems to always have some type of attitude in the office and on the phone. I had even asked her if she had already verified my benefits since she hadnt the last time and we had a disagreement then that later got fixed when I had to call my insurance on conference call with her so they can explain the benefits to her. She had said she already called this second time I came but yet the next day she called me on the same issue as last time, so there I go again having to call my insurance again on conference to clear up the situation. She was just trying to get me to pay at first without trying to get it resolved. I only stay at this office because I really like Villastrigo as a Dentist.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much
