Please dont do busy with them I have dental insurance with humana. I went in today to have four impacted wisdom teeth removed. My total was $1246 out of pocket when I questioned them they were rude and the administive assistant advised me I couldn't read. Although I was in pain Imade a the choice to leave after doctor staples advised I'd probably be better off with a white doctor. I was able to get an appointment today with another dentist and with my insurance my out of pocket was 575. I was reading and understanding my benefits just fine Dr. Staples staff was incompetent and failed to provide quality customer service. Had I not been able to read I would have over paid by $675 and received below par service. Memphis Oral & facial Surgery can expect me to follow up with a complaint to several different sources. Any reasonable person would have tried to see why they lost a 1200 sale but insyead he said he was confident that he staff was not rude and a whot doctor could serve me better

Good upfront information and explanations - staff and doctor made me feel at ease. Surgery went well for the most part.
