I love the service you get from Castle Dental, Dr Edwards is so friendly and very conscious of your pain level. I have gone here many years(even their old place on Hixson Pike). My husband & son also come here.
We feel almost like family, they are so very nice.

Do not go here. I couldn't even make it back to the doctors or dental staff because the front desk people were absolutely terrible!!!! I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me for a 340 new patient X-ray appointment. They told me to be there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, so I asked the lady on the phone "okay I should be there at 330?" She responded yes. I show up for my appointment at 330 on the dot and one of the ladies at the front desk tells me that my appointment was at actually at 310 and that they can no longer see me and that I would have to reschedule for next week. She was incredibly rude because I know for sure whoever I talked to told me 340. Every time I had called before this I had been spoken to very rudely as well. STAY AWAY! If their front staff is this rude I can only imagine how the other staff is.
