I have always had a great experience here. In the past I have been uninsured and had to pay out of pocket; the prices were average and consistent with other providers that I had considered. This was a referral from a family member and I have been with Hasan ever since. On two seperate occasions, I had emergencies, and they were able to take me that day. The waiting room is comfortable, never experienced any out of control children (plus it's up to their parents to control them, not the staff). I enjoy the syrian music, it's different, soothing and makes you forget that you are at the dentist!! Personally, If I had to listen to soft rock all day at the office, I would lose my mind. ;) I highly recommend this practice to anyone; the staff is friendly, they take you right on time, and it is a comfortable, easygoing atmosphere.

Hasan a great guy, very Syrian, a definite Syrian import. Charges insurance or you for absolutely every minor thing he does!! Doesn't believe in the word discount unless highly pressured with competitive prices elsewhere. He does marvelous work but the prices are an outrage. Make sure you have good insurance because he will certainly use it. His lovely wife is LIz and she even seems miserable working for him, as does his personal assistant Dina. Why I cannot understand because he does treat his patients with the utmost respect, kindness and reverence. As for the waiting area and the treatment areas, they are cramped and need a good cleaning...the furniture is so soft and outdated that it's very bad for bad backs. HINT HINT Hasan, replace the chairs and the carpeting, it's time!! Give the floors a good washing!! He has the TV on in the waiting area, and Syrian music in the treatment area, if you like Syrian music. I do love the man dearly and don't mean to give a bad review, but some improvements are necessary, like the waiting area coloring is so dark it makes you depressed. Kids are allowed to jump and scamper about there, without Liz saying a word!! If you have wild kids, they'll get away with murder there!! He takes emergencies and kids with ease and is very gracious that way!! He needs to change the music in the treatment area to something like soft rock or some other soothing stuff than the Syrian bit, something perhaps more AMERICAN!! Hasan has great demeanor and does marvelous work but doesn't use local dental labs, even if you request him to do so. His labs do nice work and all but sometimes it's nice to give local guys the business!! I cannot say a bad think about his work. He's right up to date with technology and you will get the BEST, better than BEST treatment around by him. I travel from Providence to Greenville since he is worth the trip. He makes you feel very comfortable and like family when you go to him. I just hope he reads my review and makes improvements in the rather cramped conditions. Enjoy going to him and will continue to be a good patient there.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
