i was only there 15 min. & this was the worst experience i have ever had anywhere. i have nothing to say about the dentist because i never made it that far.the receptionist was so rude. we called because we were lost and she could not even give us directions. when we finally found the place we were probably 9 minuets late. and she said "dont worry its okay""dont feel bad that your late"" iv had 5 people today that got lost and could not find the place!" " i always try to give good directions but im not very good" so i felt better about being late. but she was very misleading. i have not got my sons insurance card yet through the mail. when she asked for it. i dug through my purse trying to find anything to replace that. and i gave her a old card. and she could not pull up the numbers with. and was being very very rude about it. i asked " can i call and try and get the numbers" and she yelled at me and said " ME? IM NOT CALLING THATS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY!! thats yours!" and i calmly said no.. II will call on my cell phone.. so i called and got no answer. [[the whole time my son is underneath the chair because the lady was being so mean. he was there from the min. she started being rude! ]] so i asked if i could reschedual and she got very upset and short with me and said " im NOOT reschedualing you" i stood there and said nothing because i was confused..she went on a list of reasons why we were not worthy of being reschedualed in that office. one being that we ware late after she admitted she cant give directions and 5 other people were late that day because they could not find the place and shes bad with directions." and after she was done listing things to me. i said " so you mean i have to find a different dentist?" and she said yeah because___and started to go on again.i said okay thanks,got my son to come out from under the chair where he darted to the door. i have never seen him act like this in my life! and im very glad i did not tell him it was the dentist. and only said the doctor is going to look at your teeth. because im sure it would have effected him. if it has not already. i left the place in tears. i dont understand.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
