I forgot about the boys & I having a dentist appt. on Monday. My husband answered the phone, apologized & explained my sister had just passed away. Instead of apologizing for our loss &/ or saying just have her call & reschedule, they decided to rudely throw out we should have remembered to call or have someone call to cancel our appointments & they wouldn't be able to block schedule us anymore. I get there's rules & I'm truely sorry about forgetting to call, but to state the policy at that time๐Ÿ‘ฟ. I went up there & let them know how rude & inconsiderate they were. The wife & daughter run the office & proceeded to tell me that Dr Hall wouldn't talk to me, that they weren't rude, they've had deaths & remembered to cancel appts if they had them, etc. I said "well I'm sorry I didn't handle my sister passing away very well & I was sorry I didn't call to cancel a DENTIST appt.". The wife then said She was sorry I didn't call too. I looked at her in complete disgust & told her not only did they lose the business that day but they lost us as patients & I'd make sure everyone knew how they are. No empathy at all ... All they care about is $$$. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
