I have been a patient at Diversified for a very long time. I love Dr. Lowenguth, and completely trust him with my teeth. As of this writing , however, he employs a dental hygienist who I have grown very weary of. Simply put, when she cleans your teeth, you bleed. Not a little bleeding, but a lot of bleeding. My last cleaning was 4-weeks ago and my gums are still tender and sore, I bleed now each time I floss and brush.

While I do not want to leave Diversified, the anxiety this hygienist has been causing me for the past few visits is pushing me out the door. Otherwise, I highly recommend Mark; he is a very good dentist!

The staff was below average and I was not listened to at all. I went in complaining of a slight toothache. That complaint was ignored as they did what they wanted to do instead and I was told the decay I was complaining about was minor. Six weeks later when I renewed my complaint I was told the decay was now into the nerve and the tooth needed a root canal. Beyond that the office screwed up my bill and took forever to correct it.
