This place is the most disrespectful group of people you want to deal with including the receptionist desk and the dentists. The tension is this place is so tense you can fell it as you wait for dozens and dozens of minutes to be seen. The receptionist girls are so tense you can sense they are so unhappy being there due to pressure. Its a tiny place so all the receptionists are on top of each other. They are money money money and not so much worried about your dental needs. The brother sister tandem is quite hysterical as the sister is rude and will rush you out of your seat. The brother is a dentist who is so rough on your mouth you will not believe it. Further, like other posts here if you miss an appointment they charge you something like $175 and have a nasty attitude about it as well!! Whoa, stay away from this tiny little hole in the wall place

I was recommended to this dentist office by a friend. On my first visit they asked me to put my credit card on file. I was surprised by this request and told them I did not feel comfortable. They were not happy with this response but did not pressure me anymore. During my visit I was told I needed to get a few of my fillings replaced. I accepted this at the time but when I heard how much money they would cost I was taken aback. On the day of my next visit my husband ended up in the hospital. I forgot about the appointment due to this personal matter. I did not hear from them until two months later when I received a bill in the mail saying "Past Due." The bill said I owned them $275!!!!!!!!! This was for the visit I couldn't make for personal reasons. On the bill it said I owed $175 but because I was late they added $100 and if I don't pay it in time they will add another $61!!!!!!!!!!! I am in total shock. They expect me to pay $275 for a service I didn't receive. When I talked to my friend that recommended this place she also said she was battling with them over ridiculous charges. Needless to say my lawyer will be handling this and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
