The waiting area here is spacious. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right atway and always hear a friendly voice. I am always greated I walk in. It's nice to be acknowledged. Not only do my appointments never get canceled, but the Dr. calls herself with test results to dicuss treatment options. Dr. Arul is very kind and when she is with you she never makes you feel like she in a hurry. This quality occationally sets her appointment's back 15-20 minutes. I do not mind as I love the time she takes to hear and understand me when it's my turn.
