I was nervous and anxious to be seeing an urologist since I have never been to one before. The front desk associates are old lady's that are extremely rude and look like the kind of lady's you would see in a bowling alley early in the morning. The elderly medical assistant that took my blood pressure and temp stunk like cigarettes and again did not try to make me feel confortable. When Dr. Wong came in he was extremely rushed and had to odasity of dictating his diagnosis right in front of me ! overall this was a horrible experience! Look around and find another place your insurance is accepted which I'm sure there are many.
