They overcharged me $100 over what they are allowed to charge per their contract with my Insurance Company. I figured this out on my own, meaning they weren't even going to tell me. Once I confronted them about this, they said that they will give me a credit on my account. I asked for the money back and have been waiting for 2 months now for a check coming from their "corporate office" in Florida. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB, and possibly file a suit in small claims court if I don't get my money back real soon.

Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. This is the worst business practices I have ever seen from a dentist office... absolutely unbelievable.

I'm pleased with the level of dental care we've received at this office. My children of various ages as well as my husband and I have all been treated at Dental One. The dentists and hygenists are thorough and courteuos. Each time we called to make appointments, we were able to schedule visits within a week or two even for preventative care.

My one complaint about this office is that they can be very difficult to reach by phone. They mentioned that their answering service had been acting funny several months ago, but it still seems like it can take several attempts to actually reach a human.
